Ar. Shirish Gajanan Nachane, with over 25 years of experience in architecture and urban planning, founded M/s. Landmark Group in 1995, specializing in civil and architectural services. He has successfully delivered residential, educational, commercial, and industrial projects, as well as layout projects.
Renowned for his expertise in liaising with statutory authorities in Thane, Kalyan-Dombivli, Alibaug, and beyond, he significantly contributes to the architectural landscape. As Co-Director at STAAS, he plays a pivotal role in project execution. His practice spans Thane, Kalyan, Dombivli, Ambernath, and Badlapur.

Ar. Swati Shirish Nachane is a highly accomplished architect and interior designer with over 25 years of extensive experience in the field. She co-founded M/s. Landmark Group, where she currently serves as the Principal Architect, overseeing a wide range of architectural and interior design projects.
She is renowned for her expertise as a practicing Astro-Vaastu consultant, seamlessly integrating traditional vaastu principles with modern architectural practices. She also is a visiting faculty member at B. R. Harane College of Architecture in Vangani, Badlapur, Dist. Thane.
